As our gear is custom made and tailored to your dog we do not offer refunds. However, we want to make sure your experience is one that brings you back again and again. If there is a way we can improve your experience or if you have any issues with your gear, never hesitate to reach out. We will make it right.

In order to purchase from Cypress Avenue Works, you may be 18 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, a guardian's permission is required for custom orders and any premade items purchases must be purchased by the guardian.

The owner of Cypress Avenue Works is a service dog handler and a chronic illness warrior. Due to the unpredictability of chronic illness, custom order estimates are estimates. If the time in which quoted is affected, Cypress Avenue Works will work with the client to come to a mutually agreeable solution (we are big fans of extras for our patient customers).

We complete all custom orders in the order they are recieved. While your order may consist of a small amount of items, the orders before yours may have more! Thank you for your patience and understanding.
